Lifelong residents of Niagara Falls, Bill and Nancy Payne opened their Learning Express Toys franchise on November 8. Only seconds after the doors were unlocked on that Friday, customers began to flood into the educational toy retailer.
“Our goal is to be a fun and interactive neighborhood toy store,” Bill and Nancy said. “We will have a large selection of all types of toys, and we are excited to offer an activity area where kids (and adults) can demo our toys.”
Bill and Nancy plan to host activities and events for families throughout the year and began doing so during their Grand Opening Weekend. A KinderMusic class, face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon sculptures, and a visit from Elmo were just a few of the featured activities. They also offered a 20% discount throughout the store.
With two young children, Bill and Nancy have been immersed in toys for some time. Bill is a fourth generation owner of a family carpet business, and Nancy worked in the Niagara Falls School District before becoming a stay at home mom.
We are delighted to welcome this wonderfully dedicated family and beautiful store to the Learning Express Toys community.
