Learning Express Toys, the nation’s largest educational toy franchise, congratulates owners Susan Foster and daughter Erika Stigleman to their brand new location in South Tampa, FL. Susan and Erika held their Re-Grand Opening April 7-9 with appearances by Elmo, Chase, Marshall and Peppa Pig. They also had face painting, balloons and raffles, and many more activities.
