MAUMEE, Ohio. Learning Express Toys owners Gary and Molly Fitzpatrick, who own three Learning Express toy stores, including one in Sylvania and another in Maumee are excited about the upcoming Christmas season. They have shared their plans for growth during the busy time period.

The National Retail Federation shares the Fitzpatricks’ optimism, as well. They are predicting a 3.6 to 4 percent increase in spending this Christmas season; resulting in a record of $682 billion, which would be a 4 percent increase from last year’s spending.
