TULSA, Oklahoma. To celebrate Neighborhood Toy Store Day, Learning Express Toys of Tulsa, OK is partnering with Bixby Outreach Center to help families in need. They will donate 10 percent of all Nov. 11 sales to the nonprofit, which helps more than 3,000 families and 12,000 individuals annually. Learning Express customers will save 10 percent, storewide, on regularly priced items.
