In conjunction with the Grand Opening of the Learning Express Toys store at the Mall of Georgia Crossing, owner Kathy M. Lavine hosted a benefit for the Animal Resource Foundation. ARF is dedicated to saving and improving the lives of companion animals.
“I look forward to continuing to partner with nonprofit organizations,” Kathy said.
Grand Opening festivities began at the Learning Express Toys at the Mall of Georgia Crossing store on November 21 and continued through the weekend, with 25% off all Melissa & Doug® products. Elmo, Calico Critter, and Lil Miss Rainbow made special appearances.
“The allure of being part of a fun and creative industry first drew me to Learning Express Toys,” said Kathy. This franchisee is no stranger to the world of specialty toy stores, having owned Learning Express Toys locations in Athens and Snellville after years working in hospital administration.
It is a pleasure to welcome back this exceptional toy store owner to the Learning Express Toys franchise community.
