DEVENS, Massachusetts. The Boston Globe recently wrote an article featuring Learning Express Toys CEO & Founder, Sharon DiMinico.
In the article, DiMinico discussed her thoughts on why local toys stores outlasted the Toys ‘R’ US collapse.
“I think for franchise expansion, there may be opportunities for us that didn’t exist before because of Toys ‘R’ Us,” DiMinico said. “We’ve actually tried to get into the same centers as they’re in, and we were denied inclusion because of Toys ‘R’ Us.”
