DEVENS, Massachusetts. Learning Express Toys hosted their 22nd Annual Convention and Vendor Expo from June 23-26, at The Roosevelt, in New Orleans, LA.
During the event’s annual Awards ceremony, a series of Vendor awards were handed out to the Best Vendors for Customer Service. The awards were given to the vendors who allocated and maintained sufficient stock, shipped promptly and timely, handled returns, defectives and discrepancies quickly and fairly, and provided consistent and timely communication to store owners and the Home Office.
