Wilmington, North Carolina Learning Express Toys is happy to announce Mark and Angel Fair as the new owners of the Wilmington location. The Fairs are taking over the reins from Ed and Shelley Hobson, who opened the store in 1995. Ed & Shelley were a leader in the Wilmington community for over 22 years and they will be missed. Learning Express is wishing the Hobsons a great retirement and is excited to have the Fairs carrying on the store’s outstanding legacy!
